Our custom enamel badges are manufactured using a precision die-striking process that stamps your design directly into the metal surface. The recessed areas are then filled with coloured enamel, creating vibrant and durable branded badges.
We offer both soft enamel and hard enamel finishes:
• Soft enamel creates raised metal outlines with recessed colour areas, giving a textured 3D effect.
• Hard enamel is polished flat after filling, resulting in a smooth and premium surface.
All enamel colours are matched to Pantone references to ensure accurate brand consistency.

What metal plating options are available?

Can you add printed details on an enamel badge?
Yes. In addition to die striking and enamel filling, we can add printed elements (such as small text or gradients) depending on the design.
Can I add a logo or marking on the back of the badge?
Yes. A stamped logo on the reverse side is available and is often used to indicate origin, branding or authenticity.
Do enamel badges require a mould?
Yes. Each custom enamel badge requires a mould (tooling) to be created. The mould cost is charged on the first order only, then reused for future reorders.
Can the badges be supplied on custom printed backing cards?
Yes. Badges can be mounted on custom printed cards (additional cost). Minimum order quantity for backing cards is 200 units, with custom card size and format available.
